I am into my 20th year of creating recipes for the CHILI CROP and the Green Chili Italian Style Cooking Sauce is my favorite of all the recipe ideas I have come up with during those years. Posole Dinner Gift Bag

A black burlap bag, tied with rafia and red chili, with a clear front and wooden handles. It contains 12 oz. of posole (hominy), 16 oz. jar of Green Chili, a red chili spice packet and a recipe for making the traditional New Mexico POSOLE. The recipe was given to us in 1972 when we visited a feast day at Santa Clair Pueblo. Recipes vary across the State, but this is our favorite.
